Minato, reacting to Gai's Sekizo .
Minato , marked Kunai and all .
Tobi, thanks to superior physical strength .
    Tobi, duh ?
Tobi, survived a Raikiri and 2 Rasengans .
    Tobirama thanks to GKF .
Tobi , his phasing ability > Minato's guiding thunder in terms of defense .
Tobi , thanks to his ninjutsu , S/T ninjutsu , taijutsu , sharingan genjutsu , mokuton , regeneration , Uchiha Kaenjin .....etc etc
Tobi , duh ? he controlled Yagura for uears with his Sharingan .
Tobi . Shadow clones and teleportations are a good counter for Genjutsu , but nothing tops having the Mangekyo itself .
    Minato , by hype .
    Tobirama , duh ?
Tobi , duh ? he knows about the Rikudo jutsu , the Uchiha and Senju , the Uchiha kinjutsu , the Rinnegan , the SO6P, the Juubi , the infinite Tsukuyom ........etc etc
    Tobi , thanks to Hashirama's cells .

Let me know if this is DMS Obito, as this will significantly change my ratings. This is based on him having the Rinnegan pre-Juubi Jin.

War arc obito(no jins) vs Base Minato vs Tobirama

    Physical part

    Speed:
    • Shushin - Minato [1]
    • Teleportation - Hiraishin, so Minato [1] and Tobirama [1]... but to be fair Obito [1] could warp Minato so fast that Hiraishin wouldn't help, so all of them get the point.
    • Striking speed - Minato [1]
Reflexes: Obito [1] as he reacted to KCM and BM Naruto whose reflexes exceed base Minato w/o Hiraishin.
    Weapons: Minato [1]
Taijutsu: Hard to say, so all 3 [1][1][1]
Strength: Obito due to the Hashirama cells [1]
    Durability: Obito [1]

    Ninjutsu
Offense: Tobirama [1] is the only one can use more than one offensive jutsu
Defense: Obito [1], can't get better than Kamui.
    Versatility: Tobirama [1], hands down.

    Genjutsu
Offense + Defense: none really. I'd give all 3 the point since Obito could potentially land Genjutsu, but unless you're Rinnegan Sasuke defensively it isn't the best, so I'm giving it to Obito secondly in terms of defense. Tobirama reasonably has that bringer of darkness Genjutsu and Minato has access to the Ni Dai Sennin. [2][2][1.5]

    Intelligence
    Tactics: Tobirama [1]
    Insight: Minato [1]
Knowledge: Obito [1] only because he'll have the combined knowledge from Madara's time and his time.

    Chakra
Chakra reserves: tough one since all have shown to be chakra beasts, all 3. [1][1][1]
Chakra control: matters not when you're above Chunin. [1][1][1]

    1 = first choice / either way
    0.5 = second choice

    Overall
    Tobirama: 9/18
    Obito: 10.5/18
    Minato: 10/18

Obito wins overall, but Minato isn't too far behind and Tobirama isn't too much further. The Uchiha thread was easier as Itachi was genuinely inferior to Sasuke and Obito in a number of areas, concretely.

Just a few points obito has shown the most jutsu out of the 3 of them

Obito is slower than both moving from A to B physically

His ninjutsu is also slower so in all aspects of speed he is slower than both of them

    Minato

Obito, due to actually having feats

Idk honestly, they can all basically one shot you with a touch...

Minato/Tobi have the FTG seal, and Obito can port u to boxland

    Obito

Tobirama due to being a full blooded senju i guess?

Tobi has the best outright DC with infinite tags

    Kamui phasing from obito

Minato? Hard to say, minato but minato edges due to summons, and sealing techs and rasengan. He can also make KBs while obito cant

Tobi is kinda suiton, teleport, repeat, occasional KB id imagine

    Obito is katon, teleport, repeat

    Obito by a landslide

    Obito by a landslide

    Tobi

    Minato

He hasn't shown the most versatile jutsu. Mokuton has potential, but he didn't incorporate it in his fighting much.

But pretty fast with how he reacts to foes akin to Hiraishin, but not as fast i.e. saving Sasuke from Jinton.

But his MS lets him predict so he'll always be able to react just in time.

War Arc Obito vs Base Minato vs Tobirama

    Physical part

    Speed: Minato
    • Shunshin: Minato given that he has garnered the most praise for his Shunshin.
    • Teleportation: Minato
    • Striking speed: Tobirama
Reflexes: Tobirama - Reacted to Juubito who easily outmaneuvered EMS Sasuke (initially), KCM Naruto, and KCM Minato in combat.
Weapons: Obito - While Tobirama and Minato demonstrate more finesse, Obito's usage of the Gumbai/Shuriken in conjuection with Kamui on top of the Rinnegan's chakra receivers increases Obito's lethality.
    Taijutsu: Tobirama
    Strength: Tobirama/Obito

I disagree with obito being faster with teleportation reason being we have seen konan explosive tags can stop self wrap

We also saw at 70m TSB could stop self wrap

While we know Minato can throw a Kunai just as fast as shown when the Kunai still
Got to gai around the same time despite Minato first tossing to kakashi

    What do you Think

Minato is the only one who can transfer chakra he should have the best control
As transferring chakra isn't a run of the mill thing

He also got the control to use senjutsu perfectly despite the short duration

As far as weapon usage gotta tbink what's more has kamui projected weapons or hirashin thrown Kunai

Weapons have never really been easily avoided in the manga

Hirashin Kunai allows for quicker follow up attacks so as far as danger of the weapon itself hirashin Kunai is more hax

But you are right the addition of the fan gives obito the win

Obito has nothing more destructive than GFK

Why is tobirama superior in chakra control to Minato ?

He can't even use hirashin on people through chakra connection alone while Minato can as Minato has actually stated he can transfer chakra something tobirama can't do

War arc obito(no jins) vs Base Minato vs Tobirama

    Physical part

    Speed:
    • Shushin : Minato > Tobirama > Obito, Tobirama already admitted inferiority towards Minato yet he won't be impressed if his Shunshin wasn't already incredibly fast. Obito has no Shunshin hype or feat but I still think he is not so far from them.
    • Teleportation : DB, Manga all of them says Mianto's Hiraishin skills surpasses Tobirama yet Minato admitted Obito's teleportation is better than FTG so Obito wins this, Obito > Minato > Tobirama.
    • Striking speed : Tobirama was impressed by Minato's striking speed so Minato > Tobirama > Obito.
Reflexes: Minato > Tobirama > Obito, Minato's best feat is reacting to 5th step Sekizou and Tobirama's best feat is reacting to mindless Juubito, so Minato wins this.
Weapons: Minato could launch more than 20 Kunais at once with one arm, so I guess his Shurikenjutsu is better than Obito's Gumbai or Tobirama's Kenjutsu, Obito is better than Tobirama since he was able to handle KCM Naruto thanks to Gumabi alone. Basically we have this, Minato > Obito > Tobirama
Taijutsu : Tobirama > Obito > Minato, Obito has Sharingan and physically strengh, Senju Taijutsu is eventually superior to Minato's.
Strength: Obito, managed to push KCM Naruto with his bare strengh so he is the strongest here, followed by Tobirama and then Minato. Obito > Tobirama > Minato
Durability: Obito > Tobirama > Minato

    Ninjutsu
Offense: Obito (Kamui warp) > Tobirama (infinite explosion) > Minato (Yatai Kuzushi).
Defense: Kamui is the perfect defense so Obito wins, Minato in second postion since he has S/T barrier and also another unknow chakra barrier then Tobirama comes third.
Versatality: I think Tobirama wins here, he created and mastered a lot of techniques, Minato and Obito are both equals in second postion. Tobirama > Minato = Obito.

    Genjutsu
    Offense: Obito
    Defense: Obito

    Intelligence
Tactics: Minato = Tobirama > Obito
Insight: Minato = Tobirama > Obito
Knowledge: Tobirama > Obito > Minato

    Chakra
Chakra reserves: Obito > Tobirama > Minato
Chakra control: I don't know but I would say, Minato = Tobirama > Obito.

    Overall
    Tobirama: 5
    Obito: 8
    Minato: 7

    Why tobirama in taijutsu
    He has little feats
Also doubt he will be able to read movements as well as obito considering sharingan and all

ObiTo should be the best in taijutsu out of the 3

Why obito for chakra control ?

What is it based on ?

    Reading movements doesn't mean everything

This obito at the end of the day was matched by war arc Kakashi in taijutsu
Either minato or Tobirama would school him in taijutsu

Tobirama is above minato because he has superior striking speed and is more reflexive

Chakra control was mainly based on the fact that obito was able to control the juubi, as well as 6 bijuu plus GM simultaneously

Minato " His teleportation Ninjutsu surpasses both the second lords and mine (http://mangalife.org/read-online/Naruto-chapter-502-page-11.html)" referring to Obito's Kamui.

And yet somehow people have Minato being the best at teleporting between the three when it's outright said that it's Obito. That makes sense.

Based on what would Minato or tobirama school kakashi in taijutsu ? Sounds subjective

But that's because he has rinnegan all that is a by product of his dojutsu vs chakra control

Being able to transfer chakra requires very good chakra control which has been emphasised

    As well as senjutsu

Which is why Minato should have the best chakra control out of the 3

Superior teleporting as in reqy Requiring no seals
Speed wise hirashin is faster This has been shown multiple times

Am surprised You don't know this

Spammable wise hirashin is still more spammable

Versatility wise hirashin is more versatile

Kamui only surpasses hirashin due to no seals

Having a more advanced jutsu may not mean the best at teleporting

Minato is the best because he makes the best usage of it. Despite having the inferior jutsu he did end up defeating obito through teleporting. Making him more skilled

    Based on the fact that:
-- minato reacted to V2 Ay point blank
    -- Tobirama reacted to Juubito

Kakashi is tiers and tiers below in reactions. Add on the fact that the hokage have a much faster shunshin, and striking speed (minato striking Ay before he could do anything), (Tobirama striking Juubito). And we get to the conclusion that Kakashi gets wrecked

Obitos chakra transfer was already better than Nagato since his outer path bondage was stronger

He could effortlessly control bijuus and tame them like bitches. Not only with the MS but with outer path it was even better.
Same goes with GM which is difficult to control
Minato transferring kyuubis chakra is a feat that even Naruto would have

His control isn't even that great when the man can't control senjutsu and he sure in hell doesn't have a feat that surpasses obitos

But Minato's teleporting is limited to place he has marked, something Obito doesn't have to woory about. For example if Obito and Minato had to race with teleporting from one end of Konoha to another, then Obito would win as Minato would have to constantly throw a kunai after teleporting as opposed to Obito who could prolly do it in a second or two, I mean he was in the village on the Hokage mountain (http://mangalife.org/read-online/Naruto-chapter-502-page-9.html) then he popped up outside the village (http://mangalife.org/read-online/Naruto-chapter-502-page-10.html) where Minato was at a second or two later.

Obito is constantly using his teleportation jutsu whenever he fights though. I mean they guy was fighting off attacks from Kakashi,Naruto and Gai for a while just by using Kamui along with using it to avoid most attacks(since he used it for defense most of the time) throughout his life. So I'm not sure how Minato is better at using his teleporting compared to Obito using his when he has no limited via marked tags and can freely use it avoid attacks as well, all in all be it an advance Ninjutsu or overall usefulness, Obito seems to be the best compared to the other two.

I basically view this criteria when it comes to battle.
In battle you won't need to teleport back to village and then back to battlefield
Obito has phasing which is a much Better defense than teleporting far away. But even phasing didn't cut it in front of FTG

Minatos markings may make it more predictable than obitos teleportation but it's also faster. Obitos self warp isn't instant and is even slower than when he warps other things

As for the hokage mountain pop. That was obitos teleportation but it never out speeded minatos. The latter was also caught off guard since he was fighting the kyuubi

If you view this when it comes to battle then his teleporting is better then Minato's because it's not limited and to add to it he can teleport other people to a dimension which almost no one has an escape from and he can use it to enhance his Katon as well as store weapons inside of it to later use to spit out said weapons for offense. Either way you look at it Kamui is overall better be it in battle or out of battle.

But the question is which teleportation is best and Hiraishin being slightly faster doesn't make it the best when it's more predictable and limited.

Obito teleported after Minato so of course he didn't out speed Minato but the point of that was to show that Obito traveled as far as Minato while being a second behind when he's not limited to marked items/locations.

Kamui is intrinsically better while Minato's Hiraishin is instrumentally better given how it was Minato's decisive usage of it proved to be better than Obito's usage of Kamui. It is admittedly difficult to gauge whether or not Obito's surpassed Minato's, but this is merely an example where Minato's expertise enabled him to overcome Obito's inherent advantage.

As Zetsu affirmed, a tool is only as good as its wielder and Minato was simply the better wielder.

But Minato getting the edge on Obito doesn't mean Hiraishin is better then Kamui, it was a battle of speed upon which Minato was faster in activating his jutsu then Obito could react and active his jutsu so it's not like one S/T jutsu beat the other while more one's reaction beat the other.

It's all about execution. Kamui is more practical because it lacks sealing patterns which makes more feasible to exploit openings yet Minato demonstrated that his execution was superior by defeating Obito.

Minato did that to an young Obito though, not against one who had 16+ years to get a better feel for Kamui and was fending off Kakashi,Gai and Naruto attacks constantly who is in this thread and would have better reactions as opposed to then which mean the execution battle might go different. Then when you look at how overall Kamui is better, I'm still not seeing how Minato is best at teleporting compared to Obito.
