I need some help finishing up a project of mine.

You're all probably familiar with Kabuto's stat cards. And, I bet a few more of you are familiar with the Naruto Databooks.

Now, I made a mock up of Kabuto's stat cards for use. Cosplay use mostly, I suppose.

Those can be found here in an editable PNG form (http://home.graffiti.net/kyrex:graffiti.net/Statcard/statcard.png)
To edit this, you'll need a program like Macromedia Fireworks. This is the program I used to make the card, so it might help.

If you don't have anything like that, then there's the GIF version (http://home.graffiti.net/kyrex:graffiti.net/Statcard/statcard.gif) that will require you to paste in, type in, and color in the neccessary information.

And, just for a nice touch, the card Back. Complete with poorly traced Kanji.
    Back (http://home.graffiti.net/kyrex:graffiti.net/Statcard/statcardback.png)

Now.. That's all well and good, but it's a little simple.
Now, at cosplay.com I posted this a long time ago and someone helped me further the project with the aid of this. THIS! (http://home.graffiti.net/kyrex:graffiti.net/Statcard/Ver2/irukastatcard0tx.jpg)

A fancy version of my stat card with the extended stat octagon instead of a pentagon from the databook.

Now, I took his design and began to clean it up, and I got this. The Stat Card Plus. (http://home.graffiti.net/kyrex:graffiti.net/Statcard/Ver2/front.png)

Seeing as I'm still missing alot of information I now need a translation of several things.

    If you look HERE (http://home.graffiti.net/kyrex:graffiti.net/Statcard/Ver2/030-031.jpg)
I've outlined the stuff that I can't read. I already got a translation for the octagon areas.. but what looks like the other physical statistics and various other things.. I can't read japanese.
There's also that little cloud thing on the first right.

So if anyone could give me a translation, it would be greatly appreciated.

    (sorry for the long-winded bable)

(It also has information on several other characters)

    1st Box

    Ninja Registration Serial Number: 012607
    Birthday: October 10th (12-years-old, Libra)
    Height: 145.3cm Weight: 40.1kg Blood Type: B
Personality: Refuses to lose, likes to show off
Like Food: Ichiraku Ramen, red bean paste
    Dislike Food: Fresh vegetable
    Desired Opponent: Uchiha Sasuke, Sarutobi
Favorite phrase: "Big bowl of Miso with Fried Pork" [Ramen, I presume]
    Hobby: Pulling pranks, watering plants

    2nd Box

    Ninja Academy Graduation Age: 12

The bottom part of the box is Mission status, in order from left to right, top to bottom, they are as follows:
    D Rank: 0 C Rank: 1 B Rank: 0
    A Rank: 0 S Rank: 0

I don't know what the third box is, but I think it might be something to do with Jutsus or something. Note the final kanji in the first two catagories is the same as the bottom kanji in the octagon stat graph.

And thankyou for posting this thread. I have been looking for the stat cards for a long time. I am actually going to use this format for several roleplays in the future.

If you improve on this, please post it. And I hope you found my information useful.
