    Knowledge: Full

    I. Peripherals:

    Knowledge:

They both have full knowledge of each other, but the value of their knowledge is different. Not being very versatile, knowledge on Killer Bee gives Sasuke little benefits in this fight.

Knowledge on Sasuke, on the other hand, is far more valuable. He knows of Sasuke's fighting style, his tricks, his repertoire of Jutsu and his Oral Rebirth technique. There will be no surprises from Sasuke in this fight.

    II. Main:

    Kenjutsu:

It's fairly obvious that Killer Bee has the edge in Kenjutsu, and as he and Sasuke both tend to favour the close quarters route of battle, this advantage is absolutely pivotal.

Sasuke isn't bad with swords, but it isn't a specialty of his. Killer Bee, by contrast, specializes in it, to the point where he could wield Suigetsu's sword and X. This skill with swords was also X [X], and proven later in his bout with Sasuke where even the Sharingan failed to keep up with his movements. Sasuke would be utterly outclassed up close. Mind, he does have some defenses in the form of his cursed seal wing, but that would only get so far against someone who can X and enhance weapons with Raiton so they have higher piercing power.

    Transformations:

His ability to transform is a great asset as well. Looking at it from the 'obvious' perspective, he has his shrouds which provides him typical transformation bonuses in the form of physical enhancements which should completely neutralize the damage from any Jutsu Sasuke attempts to use.

In a less obvious way, he has partial transformation abilities which grant him various benefits in battle. Such as: X, using tentacles to attack (X), X or X. Any one of these could give Killer Bee the opening necessary to land a decisive blow, and Sasuke can't stop any of these.

    Durability and stamina:

Being a Jinchūriki, having a high stamina is obvious. In his fight with Kisame, Killer Bee X [X,X,X,X] and was still able to make one last effort to kill Kisame in the form of his Raiton charged pencil. In this case, not only can he conserve chakra now that version two and his full transformation are restricted, but he also has Samehada, which can take the chakra of an opponent's techniques and use it to replenish it's owner's own supply or heal them.

His durability is also very impressive, having taken on an impressive amount of punishment from Kisame after having the majority of his chakra drained. It's worth noting that he was entirely unfazed by a direct kick to the chest from Sasuke. Him taking X [X] from the strongest (physically) of Sasuke's team mates is nothing to shrug at either.

    Speed and strength:

He's shown very impressive reaction speed in the form of X [X]. Perhaps the deadliest aspect of his speed and where he puts it to best use, though, is his attacking speed, which was enough to quite easily overwhelm Sasuke with his Sharingan activated. That, coupled with his reaction speed, creates a ninja who hits fast and hard, but is also X.

His strength, even without transformations, is considerable. He X, but perhaps his scariest and most impressive feat of strength is X even whilst the latter had his Raiton no Yoroi amped to the highest level.

    Intelligence:

Despite what many may think, Killer Bee is fairly intelligent as well. He retreated and X, and as Kisame later noticed Killer Bee was X. His escape plan against Taka was also rather ingenius as well.

It should be noted that the X.

    III. Sasuke's Power?

    Cursed Seal:

Is this really as beneficial to Sasuke as some may think? Sure, the first level gives a boost in speed, strength and stamina, but Sasuke tends to opt for the second level. We know the advantages of the form, but what about the disadvantages?

Well, we can gather from Kimmimaro's fight from Gaara that the second level may give an increase in some aspects, but X. We also know that using it damages the user's body so using it for a long time would end up hurting Sasuke.

So, how valuable an asset really is this transforming?

    Repertoire and stamina:

Sasuke's repertoire can mostly be summed up into two sections: Katon and Raiton. Most of Sasuke's Katons bar one would be completely ineffectual to even base Killer Bee, let alone a transformed one. The only attacks which can hurt him are his Raitons, which puts him at a disadvantage for two reasons:

    Affinity:

We know that Raiton users can discharge and weaken a Raiton attack, and we also know that Killer Bee himself can do this. It would take many Chidori attacks to inflict any actual lasting damage on him, and unlike Bee, Sasuke doesn't have the stamina to keep it up.

    Samehada:

Some argue that Samehada takes damage against elemental attacks, but this isn't true. Against Itachi's Katon, he wasn't hurt, but expressed discomfort at the heat. But, even then, this argument holds little water as Samehada wasn't affected during the times i6 absorbed Killer Bee's Raiton techniques.

And lastly, his Oral Rebirth consumes a huge amount of chakra. This was proven when Sasuke was forced to enter the full level two stage just to use a single Katon, and was left drained afterwards.

    IV. Scenario:

Sasuke will probably attempt to fight in close quarters from the get-go with a Shunshin blitz (like with Deidara and Itachi's clone), but that shouldn't be hard to intercept. From there, a Kenjutsu clash should start. Between his unpredictable sword-work and his transformation abilities, Sasuke will likely be overwhelmed like before, but will certainly survive either from summons or transforming.

In both cases, they would probably be slashed to ribbons by a quick follow up attack. From there, Sasuke will realize he's outclassed and try to force a distance between each other so as to kill him with a more stealth-based attack. If closing in becomes an issue, using a shroud should solve that issue.

I don't see it happening. Anything Sasuke attempts will beX, who will absorb the technique, granting Killer Bee an opening to exploit. With Sasuke now in close proximity, he can use his tentacles to bind him while he proceeds to finish him off.
