the next twist of this battle:
Kakashi will eventually convert Obito, but when they return from Kamui's dimension standing side by side Madara will pull his hidden card and activate the piece of Zetsu hidden which has been part of Obito for ages. That part will steal Obito's Rinnegan and unite with the black Zetsu which will finally make his reappearance which has in the meantime implanted itself with the second of Nagato's eyes.
Possessing two Rinnegan the Black Zetsu will use the Rinne Tensei on Madara. Madara, once back among the living will become the host of the Juubi and with his very first act bring back the rest of the Uchiha clan from the wall of eyes Tobi collected. However, they'll be under Madara's control and tainted by his evil forced to fight the alliance. Izuna will fight Tobirama, Kagami will fight Hiruzen, Fugaku will fight Minato.
Understandably Sasuke will be shocked by this turn of events and will be paralysed by indecision who he should fight.
just a quickie: Sakura will show us Dan's Ghost transformation jutsu. Thus making her the spiritual successor/child of both Dan and Tsunade
My prediction for Minato's Jutsu:

That jutsu is an Onmyouton, which will give Naruto a similar power to create as Rikudou Sennin had. He will use that power to create a new Juubi out of the Kyuubi and the pieces of chakra the other bijuu have given him.
Oonoki:
Oonoki's ultimate power up will be his Nose no jutsu. The four marks on his nose aren't mere warts they are a seal for four hax jutsu.
Madara:
Tobi's human realm will try to rip out Naruto's spirit, but Naruto will instead turn the tables on him and rip out the human realm instead..

origin of the bijuu:
Rikudou originaly intended the bijuu as the guardians of the world. However when his sons fought over the succession the bijuu were left to their own devices and by themselves they were unable to bring about Rikudou's vision and became filled with hatred instead.
That wasn't the real rin... perhaps the hidden mist was able to copy rin's memories, jutsu, and body kinesthetics to try kill Kakashi. kakashi and obito were both confused by a fake rin. kakashi with the sharingan saw the confused chakra and killed her.
Oh...my boring imagination!
But...i really hope the girl killed by Kakashi is not real rin. Not real, please...!
i think we'll go back to the present and Kakashi explains why he had to kill Rin (though i hope that was an "experimental body" as zetsu was talking about)
