Captain Planet anime?

Considering how this was one of the most successful shows of the early 20th century I'm thinking that if this was done it'd ridiculously awesome. I mean c'mon how epic would that be? We got a Thundercats anime but no Cap P? Also looking at the state of the world now a Captain Planet anime would be perfect.
