What makes you say that? Kira and Hisagi both stomped their Fraccion fights with their Shikai. In addition, Kira flat out blitzed Redder at the beginning of the fight, and also showed that he can release his sword without saying the command (which indicates greater mastery of one's Zanpakuto). Granted, we've only seen Hisagi use Shikai once, so naturally he'd have to say the command for the sake of the readers knowing what it is. Regardless, I don't see why Hisagi is superior, and even if he is, it can't be by much given what we've seen.
If he's going toe to toe with a guy even close to the caliber of the Mohawk Quincy, he's going to get stomped.
Hisagi has been training for 2 years, he isn't going to be one of the fodder VCs. he will hold his own.

Not really. Pre-TS I'd argue that he was around their level.
More over, wasn't Ikkaku's last feat fighting Grimmjow's Fraccion? He also faught Poww and lost off-panel without using his Bankai. But that's pretty much it, from what I remember.
So, do you think Shikai Ichigo can beat Bankai Renji or Bankai Ikkaku?

You guys are really wanking Hisagi. All he's done is beaten an unranked fraccion and landed a sneak attack on Tousen. Chad has beaten stronger opponents in a 1v1 fight(Ex Espada). Unless Kensei comes quick, Hisagi won't last long at all.
