Hello members of Narutofan. I admit that I was among the many to think that Tobi was Izuna for a while now. I predicted that Madara was the sixth coffin and Kabuto's trump card. However, I had an epiphany today that lead me to the shocking conclusion of Tobi's true identity.
Tobi is none other than...

...the ramen chef.
Evidence 1: They have identical faces.

Can you guys not see the similarity between the wrinkled faces? They're almost identical.
Evidence 2: They were never seen at the same place at the same time.
This argument alone pretty much confirms that they're one and the same. We've never seen them together. They've never had a confrontation.

Who knew that Tobi cooked ramen in his spare time? As you can see in the panels below, Tobi is nowhere to be seen.
Conveniently, while the ramen guy was away trying to conquer the world, Naruto never ate ramen.
Evidence 3: This character is portrayed to potentially be just as evil as Tobi himself.

Calling his workers lazy idiots, what kind of asshole boss does that? He's pure evil.
Evidence 4: His real name translates to "killing someone with one's bare hands".

His name, Teuchi, according to Naruto Wikia:
Teuchi's name can mean "making noodles by hand" (手打ち). However, the same word can also mean "killing someone with one's bare hands."
This is exactly what he did to Torune.

Isn't it obvious? The eye of the moon plan is to get everyone to buy his ramen, all day everyday. He pretty much got the hero on a chokehold already.
