Out of respect for the original artists you shall find a compilation of links to the Uchihacest - but also just some Itachi and Sasuke - artist pages rather than to single fanarts. Thereby you will find either a:
HP = private Homepage (no Adult imagery) link
BG = link to an artist's blog/diary
PV = Pixiv.net gallery link
PixiV is the Japanese fanart page comparable to DA. You need to register there in order to view the pictures. How exactly this can be done and other tutorials can be found here How to register?
The best way to find ItaSasu pictures is in following this link: PixiV, Tag うちは兄弟

In respect to the child protection laws this guide cannot include links that allow the underaged persons to view the adult rated media.
Nonetheless the main galleries that feature Uchihacest related fanart have looked ahead, that is they limited the access to the corresponding controversial material already.
So:
1. The DeviantART (in following abbreviated DA)
This is a gallery for any kind of art, also with a large fanart section. Known for its rather conservative policy this gallery uses a "Mature content filter" therefore the marked pictures are accessible to registered users of age only.
In general you may find the ItaSasu fanart at DA by using either the:
ItaSasu, SasuIta or Uchihacest search masks.
2. The Y!Gallery (in following abbreviated Y!G)
The Yaoi-Gallery was founded as a place the female portrayals are not allowed and explicit pictures are encouraged. Nonetheless it uses a strict labeling and filter system that does not allow to see the more "adult" imagery at all - shall you not be logged in. Nonetheless in order to register to this gallery you are required to be of age.
As consequence the access is once again limited in accordance with the child protection law, therefore shall even the links to the corresponding artists' pages be posted, it would not have an effect.
Furthermore you need to log-in in order to use the search function here as well. Nonetheless check out the Bloody Fan - the Y!Gallery' ItaSasu club.
And lastly the artists may opt to make they page invisible for guests in general. Such pages will be marked as Y!G*. The link itself remains accurate nonetheless.

Fangirls annoy me like whoa. Personally, I like the Uchihacest when it's sweet and gentle. And I also like seme!Sasuke.
And yes, Itachi is cute. There's something so vulnerable about him, if you ask me. If you're interested, I'll elaborate on my theory why Itachi didn't kill the Uchihas.
