I highly doubt Sasuke is thinking 'Sakura must still love me' right now, and he's probably too crazy at the moment to notice if she did anyways. Though the readers are more aware of her feelings.

I agree about preferring the manga version (even though the anime version was nicely drawn and animated). There were two things I liked better about it. First, Sasuke looked more aware of his surroundings, especially when he looks at Sakura here. Second, I seem to remember the anime changing Naruto's decision to leave slightly, altering the fact that he did so after looking at this panel, which shows Sasuke's face. I could be remembering wrong, but that detail is one of the things I really like about the manga scene and its implications about Sasuke's feelings on the matter.

We've also seen Sasuke telling Gaara that he had nothing to go back to... He probably doesn't know people still care for him and thinks everyone has moved on. Plus, like Suna said, his mind is not in the right place right now.

Yeah, he looked dazed in the anime. I didn't like that :/ I like how Kishi put the focus on Sasuke's face even when Naruto was staring. He looked like he had gone soft because of Sakura
