Sasuke is the most Underrated Character in the Manga
Sasuke is the most underrated character in the manga. Every week on NF there are always comments degrading Sasuke's skills and shinobi prowess. Every week, there is always some thread saying 'Sasuke would lose to X'.
Sasuke has never lost a fight to the death. He has pretty much embarrassed every shinobi he has run into in Part II. In each fight, we constantly see new feats that no ordinary shinobi can do. His jutsu arsenal is disgustingly large, and he is an overall cool guy. I guess much of this can be attributed to his superior Uchiha genome.
Yet, last week people were saying that Sasori would easily take out Sasuke in a battle. Really? Sasori got clowned in 1 chapter by a couple of jounin levels(  ). I would love to see how fast Sasuke would kill him.

I'm sorry but you're begging for an inevitable shitstorm.
Sasuke is sadly, terribly overrated on these forums thanks to similarity of techniques to his even more highly overhyped brother Itachi.
People hate his character, is all, and there's valid reasons for their opinions.
No offense, but your argument isn't convincing anyone - Sasori would give an MS Sasuke a very hard time - especially with Satetsu.
And having Sakura and Chiyo as a perfect match-up with antidotes to poison to boot isn't boosting your credibility in your attempt to label Sasori weak.
This should be locked.

So people saying that he can defeat Pain are what? Underrating Sasuke?
Embarassed every shinobi?
Orochimaru: He was on his deathbed. Not an impressive defeat.
Deidara: Elemental advantage to the extreme
Killer Bee: Killer Bee destroyed Sasuke
Raikage: lol
Itachi: Madara was lying when he said that Itachi spared him?
As for Sasori: Seeing as Chiyo and Sakura had every advantage plus prep time, the odds were stacked against him, yet you ignore this. You're also using ABC logic, which has never worked in Naruto.

Too many to count - though most of them are due to "haters" and I myself personally am neutral to Sasuke's character, though I'll list a few:
1.) Always screaming about revenge
2.) Is always harping on about the "purity" of the Uchiha Clan
3.) Spams his MS techniques and blinding himself for no apparent reason
4.) Trying to kill Sakura 
"Valid" is probably not an appropriate word, rather, it's all opinionative anyways. But I can at least understand why people would dislike Sasuke, which of course, is misinterpreted by Xerces as "underrating".

This is what I mean. People blindly bashing Sasuke, and then proceed to elude to these vague "valid reasons", with nothing to show for.
The guys is just trying to avenge his family, and it just so happens that he is an alpha male with incredibly strong powers. Leave the guy alone!

What? I honestly haven't seen anyone saying Sasuke could defeat PAIN! I don't think he's that underrated, but the haters is too much.

How in the world is one of the most popular characters in this manga underrated? I think if you ask any one who are the strongest living nins right now Sasuke will be in the top 4 maybe 3. He is no where near underrated.

He isn't really underrated. It's just that he is the most controversial character in the manga. He has a lot of fans, but he also has an equal amount of haters.
