I'd say Jiraiya takes it with frog song since Naruto doesn't have frogs on his shoulders to break him out of genjutsu, not to mention Jiraiya has more experience(battle wise and at using sage chakra)

Agreeing with these two, Jiraiya just has too much battle experience and is most likely a lot more accustomed to Sage mode. Naruto can't pull this off.
....yet.

Frog Song takes ages to be used, I doubt Jiraiya will be able to get it off. I'd say Naruto wins, Sage Mode KBs would be a rape fest

-jiraiya has much experience than naruto
-jiraya 's rasengan in HM is much powerful too ( like rasengan ultimate)
-pa and ma teach naruto hm they know much of his move

For the moment Jiraya wins with ease, we dont have any direct fighting feats from Naruto, so we cant really make this thread just yet. (Techniclly) ^^

Narutos SM is stronger than jiraiyas HM. so naruto should simply be stronger, faster, more durable, etc. jiraiya does have ma and pa on hsi shoulders though which would give him and advantage on intelligence that he already had. with narutos KBs though he could counter jiraiyas number advantage with hsi own. they can match each other in summons but with narutos enhanced FR and FRS i dont see jiraiya being able to handle that. his cho odama rasengan was indeed impressive but i doubt it can beat a jutsu that attacks on the cellular level w/o sage chakra added. with it it can freaking cut mts. i see narut winning with high difficulty fighting past jiraiyas greater experience with sheer guts and power.

I say Jiraiya for now. We need to see more feats from Naruto. He's obviously going to win this fight one day, but I don't think that day is today.

Jiraya, just due to the fact that naruto has no easy way to find him before he can pull off the frog song, unlike pain.
Plus, jiraya has a much larger arsenal of ninjutsu than naruto, and is thus more versatle long and medium range.

Jiraiya can make KB's as well, and with Ma and Pa able to keep drawing in chakra, he could make more than Naruto.
Even then Jiraiya is still a far more skilled Ninja than Naruto, so he probably wouldn't even need Frog Song.

This is false. Sage chakra adds to your physical ability and jutsu power no matter what. It was never stated to add more to one person or the other. Naruto was said to surpass Jiraiya because he can go sage mode without turning frog at all....that doesn't mean he gains more from it.
Jiraiya's base stats are more impressive already, so he would automatically still be stronger than Naruto in Hermit Mode.
An example:
If Jiraiya's base power is 4.5 and sage mode adds +1, then his power would be 5.5
If Naruto's base power is 3 and sage mode adds +1, then his power is 4.
Then you must consider the limits. Naruto cannot fuse with Pa, so his sage chakra will run out, while Jiraiya's is limitless because Ma and Pa can continue to draw in chakra for him.

Jiraiya can make KB's as well 
Remember that sage chakra keeps adding and helps you recover, so he can use KB's without much worry for chakra, same as Naruto.

He would have to be able to land the attack and with Jiraiya having 3 sets of eyes and being faster than Naruto, it is not likely he can hit him with it.

Jiraiya wins with low difficulty, he has way to many jutsu variants, ontop of the fact he gets the elder toads. CO Rasengan should have the power to 1hit KO naruto, even if hes the best tank in the narutoverse

We barely know anything about Naruto's powers in Sage mode. We've not seen him fight yet. This thread is too premature, so there's really not enough to discuss right now. If you do want to post this in a few weeks when we know enough about Sage Naruto, you should also make it explicit what you're doing with Fukasaku and Shima – if they're on one side, but not the other, then you've probably got yourself an unbalanced match.
Incidentally, please don't post in all caps.
