1st vol. got released today. Came across following images on 2ch.
It could be some bonus for Limited copies of 1st vol. DVD, not sure though. There is mention of following in aniplex's site,

Because in Japan they've gone way overboard about girls being "fat". In fact, in that drawing Hinata would be considered rather fat and unhealthy by the current government standards. It's just completely gone out of control- girls and women are expected to look like how Sakura, Ino and Tenten are drawn on that cover to be of "proper BMI". (the rather scientifically dubious so called Body Mass Index)

Buuuut... they aren't expected to look like that.
It's only a cartoon
and btw, the BMI is an outdated method, but current scientific studies with up to date standards actually reveal that the BMI is too kind. Basically, a lot more people should be on the "overweight" side.
