Why SasuTen?
Yes, Tenten was yet another girl of his age group that harbored a simple infatuation to the young avenger. But, one thing sticks out about her from all the other fangirls of her generation; she actually cared about her training more then some silly crush.  Her determination and hardworking attitude and her own teammates' respect(Ex. Neji, a genius at that) would surely get his notice. 
As for Tenten...well she'd be already used to an attitude like his considering Neji's and she already thinks he's hot.

The name just about made me cry, I thought it was a fanclub for the My immortal fic for second, which is easily the worst piece of writing ever, something like 3000 flames. Anywho... This a fairly interesting pairing that I don't really think has been done but Sasuke is just a little anti-social so Sasuke pairing are hard to pull off.
Props to the creator of this thread.

Funny how I absolutely love SasuTen and just...can't stand NejiSaku. Hm. That's like the fourth time I ever said or mentioned that I hated that pairing. xD And that it was the only pairing I hated.
