Post All "What Chapter...?" Questions Here!

Post all questions along the lines of "what chapter does such-and-such happen in?" here. Manga readers, if you plan on rereading or looking up a certain event, but you're not sure which chapter to go to, this is the place to ask. And anime watchers, if you're thinking about trying the manga but don't know where to begin, same thing--this is your thread. I'll update this post every week to reflect the new episode, and the corresponding manga chapters--see below.
(Currently the Naruto anime is in the middle of a series of filler arcs, so until further notice I'll just leave up the latest episodes that did include a bit of canon.)

Chapters: Mostly filler, but the end includes the remainder of chapter 236 (pages 2-3, and 17-19)
Note: The arc in episodes 136 through 141 is anime-only, and has no manga equivalent, so don't try to look for it. Any anime viewers looking to catch up with the manga from this point should probably start with chapter 238.

Incidentally, Kakashi Gaiden occupies chapters 239 through 244. That seems to be the most popular question lately, so I figured I'd just put it up here.

What episode is it where Kakashi climbs a mountain, and he opens 1 or 2 gates? I would like to see that again

What episode? Well, it's episode 55, if that's what you're asking. But since this is the manga forum, I'm gonna hope you meant to ask what chapter that was.  It's chapter 93. Hope that helps.

I didn't pay attention to that part, now that I read it again, he seems to do something when we see his brain. But you sure he's opening the first gate? Is that more obvious in the anime?
