Main text
A technique developed by Shodai Hokage, founder of the Hidden Leaf village, and a surrealist Mokuton ninjutsu so excessively difficult no one besides the man himself has ever acquired it. By generating chakra, he maneuvers it as he sees fit for attack and defense; and furthermore, this omnipotent jutsu even allows him to capture the enemy at the same time. Even stating the Hidden Leaf village wouldn't have been established without this jutsu wouldn't be an exaggeration.

There are multiple categories of ninjutsu, such as Suiton and Doton, but essentially, whether those techniques may or may not be activated is influenced by the terrain, and using Suiton someplace where there is no water is nearly impossible. Only shinobi with Hokage-class levels of mastery may free themselves from this law of Nature.

*Written normally, "Jukai"="broad expanse of dense woodland". The spelling was altered to add the "realm" meaning. "Koutan" means "Nativity", or refers to birth in a royal lineage.
