Pretty sure Im gonna fail hard in this calc, but go easy on the criticism as I am new to the concept that is "pixel scaling"

Torikos height is 2.20 metres.

Ratio 436/38=11.4
11.4*2.20=25.08

Keep in mind I am only measuring the ducking motion, not the whole turn.
I'll be using a muzzle velocity of 375 m/s
Judging from the picture it seems the gun's barrel length is 23.6 Cm's {using Chaos Theory's method}.
0.236 divided by 375=0.000629333333
Reaction Time=0.000629333333
