On the topic that you just brought up out of the blue, feats are useless.
Almost dead alabasta Zoro can lift a house but fresh Enies Lobby Zoro can't break one apart, by feats Zoro has gotten weaker which he obviously hasn't.
The characters are as strong as need be, if they go way out of their limits, like for an example chakra exhausted Sasuke summoning a boss its what we call an asspull
