Animal Cruelty

I went to visit my friend's house earlier this day. As I enter their gate, I saw a little girl hitting this poor helpless dog in chain with a broom several times. The dog was obviously getting hurt and suffering from pain. The dog wasn't even trying to fight back. When the dog saw me, the dog immediately attempted to approach me with a pitiful face almost as asking for help but couldn't go anywhere nearer due to the chain attached to him. I asked the girl why is she hitting the poor dog. She said that she just hate the dog for leaving its garbage there.
I approached and pat the dog's head and realize how he wanted people brushing him. He even lick my hand continuously. I just realize how this dog was hungry for a love.
My thoughts by then was, Why treat dogs like that? If she hates her for messing around, then why chained the dog in the first place?
Every dogs I took care of we're trained and love. I never approved of the idea chaining them.

That poor dog, how awful. It sucks, but that kind of thing is so common anymore, and it is a problem that really should be taken more seriously. Animals deserve to be loved, and kept safe just like we humans. I mean, they are supposed to be a part of the family, right?

 People who are cruel enough to abuses animal has the potential to abuse human as well. |

That is really terrible, nothing upsets me more than cruelty to dogs. They should string people up for offences like that or treat them the same way as they treat animals and see how they like it!
