The Admirals might get slightly different suits and Akainu will be wearing the Fleet Admiral hat instead of his cap. I expect Aokiji to have either a longer afro or dreads and Kizaru will probably have more facial hair.

Garp and Sengoku will be in civilian clothing.

The VA's will be essentially unchanged.

Smoker will look more battle hardened. So more scars and since his jutte is broken a more fearsome looking weapon. He may be wearing the Marine coat and a suit but that's not his style.

Tashigi's hair won't get any longer but she'll have a more mature body.

Fullbody and Jango will be Captains and wear the Marine coat.

Coby and Helmellpo will be be drastically different

Interesting topic… Let's see:

Akainu wears Sengoku's hat and a newly designed Fleet Admiral coat that reads "absolute justice" instead of "justice" on the back. Other than that, I don't expect him to change much.

Kizaru has gray sideburns, wears a fedora hat together with his golden sunglasses and white gloves. Everything else should stay the same.

Aokiji hasn't changed much I guess… maybe some wrinkles and longer hair similar to Ussopp's.

Sengoku and Garp I both expect to wear Hawaiian shirts and sandals. Sengoku has tuned gray.

Coby is bigger and more muscular; he wears a marine coat and toned sunglasses. His hair has now shoulder-length.

Smoker... I have no fucking clue, but more scars would fit very well to show how dangerous the new world is - even for logias.
