Dynamic Dragon

its IS called filipino overseas, but to the native, it will be known as tagalog. its just an overall word for the language that we speak. tagalog is like the main laguage in the philippines. Just like when your saying you speak chinese, well theres kantonese and mandarin, or in spanish, theres catalan and castillano.

Even

Really, I thought that was ok for Tagalog standards. I like how they pulled off the crying. =)

Dynamic Dragon

lol na it was really bad, it was like they just used Aone's tranlation but made it literal.. chouji sounded really bad when hes talking...it made me lol most of the time. jirobu was fine though...

bad scripting cos they used the japanese jutsu names but retained the 'teknik' which is really cheesy, then jirobu uses an english version of his techniques... which is bad... like make ur mind up... meh, jirobu sounded more natural than chouji too 8S...

i loled wen shika said this:

si chouji ka pala, panagalan mo si chouji. i was like :facepalm

'shakra'

OMG!! THE Dynamic Dragon is a Filipino? That's awesome. Never saw that one coming.

And Even knows "Leron Leron Sinta"? And his cousin is half-Filipino too?

Freakin' awesome.

I believe Naruto Shippuuden in ABS-CBN ended in Episode 39, "The Bridge of Heaven and Earth." They'll probably continue it once they have enough episodes to dub again. In the meantime, they are showing "Naruto: The Best Fights," which are basically the episodes in Part 1 with a lot of fighting. I think they're in the sannin fight now.

Aww really? Reruns? I was hoping to get a sample of what they had in store for time-skip Chouji...In any case, no one from back home knows how to encode the Tagalog eps?

=S=

No one, as far as I know. The really hardcore Filipino Naruto fans all watch DB subs. The Filipino dubs are basically just watched by people who don't have Internet connections. :doh

I don't even watch them myself. They're just... bad. They don't dub anime like they used to.

Yah, I really miss the old dubbers back from the 90s from both ABS-CBN and GMA. Now those were awesome dubbers. (Master Pogi ftw, lol)

Now the new dubbers don't even try to show emotion anymore or if they do they do it wrong. Also, Naruto's VA is extremely annoying, nuff said.

roflz... XD;

The Tagalog dub sounds weird... and whenever Deidara grunts...

/cutting

*added info*

No, TAGALOG IS NOT the national language of the Philippines. It's the MOST and WIDELY USED dialect in the Phils. :) The national language is Filipino. :)

skfskakjf;; I can't speak Tagalog well. :cry

I'm afraid Filipino-dubbed Naruto episodes can barely be found in the internet.

Food for thought: I've once studied about languages, and I would say that Tagalog is a dialect which Filipino, the national language of the Philippines, is based from. Hence, Tagalog and Filipino are different.

hahaha..well.. I found the shippuden voice of Naruto (in particular) in Filipino WORSE than the 1st one. At least his first dubber had more emotion and this kinda rough-sounding voice. The shippuden dubber of Naruto in tagalog was really...bleh.. >.< my sisters and I were laughing our asses off..

(weak wimpy voice)
" Waah, nandito na ulit ako sa Konoha! Nagbabalik na si Uzumaki Naruto!"

hahaha! :D but just for laughs, my favorite voice in tagalog is orochimaru's...HAHAHAHA!
"Saaaahhssssskeeeehhhh.....kukuuuhhnin kooohh ahhhnnng kaahtawaaahhnn mooohh!!"

!!
